We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed. This includes situations involving:- Buyer’s remorse

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at authentiksgbr@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we will work with you to address any fulfilment errors on our part. - Shipping Responsibility
Avenue Drip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery address and tracking your shipment closely.
